We think that the personal spiritual growth of teachers is very important; we hope that they can have that cultivation through teacher fellowship in addition to work. We also place great emphasis on professional training for teachers in order to provide high quality education services for children. As to promote the development of teachers’ professional knowledge, the school encourages them to have continuous studies and visit tours to various countries, so that they will become our active learning team.
